1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jeelani Marine Products platforms — the SeaConnect professional network and the Jeelani Marine ERP — operated by Jeelani Marine Products Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or accessing either platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & access

ERP access is restricted to approved employees and authorised partners. SeaConnect accounts are subject to approval before posting, applying to jobs, or messaging. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised for; or disrupt platform availability. Commercial data, pricing, and lot records made available through the ERP remain confidential to Jeelani Marine Products Pvt. Ltd.

4. Data & privacy

Personal data is handled in line with our DPDP Act Privacy Notice, which explains what we collect and how you can request deletion.
